Aestra Policies

Aestra ("we", "us", "Aestra") operates the Aestra app and website (aestra.ae). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when you sign up (via email/password or Google).
• Content you create: posts, saved items, wishlists, and messages to the AI Stylist.
• Shopping activity: products you view, save, or click through to a brand's store, used to personalize recommendations and to attribute affiliate referrals.
• Merchant information: if you apply as a brand partner or create a store, the business details you submit (brand name, contact details, products, and store links).
• Device and usage data collected automatically, such as browser type and general usage patterns, to keep the app working reliably.

How we use it

• To operate the app: your feed, saved items, AI Stylist conversations, and account settings.
• To personalize recommendations based on your saved items and style preferences.
• To attribute affiliate clicks and conversions correctly between creators, brands, and Aestra.
• To review brand partner applications and communicate with applicants.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with service providers that help us run Aestra (for example, our database and hosting providers, and affiliate networks used to attribute purchases), and with brands only to the extent needed to track a referral you initiated by tapping through to their store.

Your choices

You can set your account to private, edit or delete your saved items, and request deletion of your account by contacting support@aestra.ae.

By using Aestra, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Aestra is

Aestra is a discovery and styling platform. We help you find fashion and beauty products through an AI stylist and creator content, and link you to brands' own websites to complete your purchase. Aestra does not process payments: all transactions happen directly on the merchant's own website, under their own terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Aestra.

Brand partners

Brands that apply to and are approved as Aestra partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listed products, pricing, and stock, and for fulfilling any orders placed on their own website. Aestra does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, sales, or revenue to partner brands.

Creators

Creators are responsible for the content they post and for any affiliate links or disclosures required by the networks or brands they work with. Aestra does not currently process creator payouts directly; creators are paid through their own affiliate arrangements unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or attempting to interfere with the app's normal operation.

Changes

We may update these terms as Aestra evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
